“AND IT’S LIGHT OUT” is the most iconic word we F1 fans were waiting to hear this year since the end of last season at Abu Dhabi. F1 has become an iconic sport over the years and people are starting to take notice and enjoy this amazing sport.

SEASON PRCTICE

Before the season started teams were on the track testing their cars to see how well they will deliver during this new season. Drivers pushed the cars to their limit and although some had a rough time during the test and final practice most cars really impressed and some showed the potential to be the best.

ROOKIES DEBUT SEASON

This season has brought in new rookies like Yuki Tsunoda who is at Alpha Tauri and also the first Japanese driver to score points in F1 since 2012. We also have Mike Schumacher and Nikita Mazepin both who are rookies driver for Haas F1 team. They also made a strong debut start at Bahrain but Mazepin was unable to finish the race after a crush and Schumacher not having an impressive start to his F1 debut season unlike their counterpart Yuki Tsunoda.

BAHRAIN GRAND PRIX RACE

The F1 season started on a high note at the Bahrain Grand Prix with a lot of expectations from teams like Redbull, Mercedes AMG, McLaren, Ferrari, Alpha Tauri, and Aston Martin F1 team trying to chase for the Constructors Championships. Lewis Hamilton won the Bahrain Grand Prix at Sakhir for Mercedes on Sunday, the first race of the 2021 Formula 1 World Championship season. Sergio Perez aborted start and forcing him to start from the pitstop

Bottas had an incredible run despite suffering a horrendously slow 10.9s second pitstop, but it didn’t cost him any positions such was the Red Bull/Mercedes advantage. Norris finished fourth, ahead of Perez, whose epic comeback netted him fifth. Leclerc finished sixth from Ricciardo, Ferrari’s Carlos Sainz, AlphaTauri’s rookie Yuki Tsunoda and Stroll.

Verstappen had a chance to prove himself having passed Hamilton at Turn 4 with four laps to go, but he passed him off the track at the exit and had to hand over the position back to Hamilton. After a slide, Verstappen fell out of DRS range but got it back starting the final lap. But Hamilton held on for a brilliant win.

ALONSO’S RETURNS

The 2x Time World Champion marked his return to the F1 this season with Alpine but was not able to impress as he was forced to retire from the race. But fans are still hopeful to see how he will perform this season and will there be a rekindled rival between him and 4x Time World Champion Sebastian Vettel who is now at Aston Martin F1 Racing Team.
