Mbuzi Gang generally, has recently exploded onto the national scene threatening the established Gengetone artists back home and the media supremacy of r&b and hip hop. This is likely an overstatement but given the recent developments and growth in the sheng culture, the diversity speaks for it.

Many bands no longer make music together and have returned to their separate careers.  Mbuzi Gang, of the classic single ‘Shamra Shamra’ was one of the few remaining groups. However, the group hasn’t been making music. Mbuzi Gang made up of Joefes, iPhoolish, and Fathermoh first became popular with the track ‘Shamra Shamra’ almost 2 years ago.

One of the freshest sounds to come out of Gengetone, Mbuzi Gang, just dropped their new single Soko featuring Vic West, Harry Craze, and Unspoken Salaton. The three-man group has been rocking Kenyan airwaves for a year now dropping hit after hit.

The trio generate a theme of dapperness, a rather pleasant and fulfilling experience that describes what to do exactly after a nasty break-up. The truth is, this has been the Kenyan way of moving past traumatic relationships. At Least that is what the regular citizen proclaims. No one wants to wail in misery when the market is full of possibilities. Harry Craze and Unspoken Salaton, a rather spicy twist to the song come through with distinctive vocals and great vibes.

Soko looms large in the boundless and unending risks that come with the market. Despite the market being full of all kinds of things, the price could be a bit higher than our expectations. There are a lot of bidders and the seller might not be willing to offer at your price. Soko is currently streaming on all major platforms.
